1 bedroom/1 bath suites are 560sq. ft. Maximum occupancy 4. Includes a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in living room. Private double balconies or patios off living room and bedroom. Each suite has a full kitchen with full-size appliances.

All suites have central air conditioning, 2 TV's with basic cable. Telephones with message centers and are provided with maid service 3 times per week, (once being date of departure).

One bedroom/2 full bath suite 720sq. ft. Full Kitchens with full-size appliances. Maximum occupancy 6. King size bed in the Master bedroom suite and full-size pull-out couch. Queen size pull-out couch in the living room area.

Native Sun Time Share 1 bedroom / 2 bath

Private double balconies off living room and bedroom. Each suite has its own central air conditioning, 2 TV's with basic cable, telephones with message centers, and are provided with maid service 3 times per week, (once being date of departure).

Two bedroom/2 full bath suite 1000 sq. ft. Full Kitchens with full-size appliances. Maximum occupancy 8. King size beds in the bedroom suites and 2 queen size pull-out couchs in the living room area.

50% Non-Refundable rental deposit required. If enough notice is given on a cancellation, whereby we can re-rent the week, a full refund will be made. All rentals subject to 11% sales tax. No pets allowed. Crib, Hi Chair & Playpen Rentals available. Owners rates may vary. Check in 4:00 P.M. Check out 10:00 A.M. Saturday to Saturday weeks.
